You should update this document to reflect your T&C. 

1. Our invoices are payable immediately on delivery of good and services, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. The Association of Early Intervention for Children With Disability will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.    
   
2. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Oman law.
