We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Special Education Specialist with expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) to join our multidisciplinary team. The specialist will play a key role in assessing the needs of children with autism, developing individualized education and behavior plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. The role also includes working closely with families, therapists, and educators to promote the child’s development, communication, social skills, and independence in a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in Special Education from a university recognized in the Sultan Oman.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience , preferably in working with children with Autism
- Negotiate and contract Ability to apply assessements and programs such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and PECS.
- Master demos of our software
- Holds at least 40 hours of training in Applied Behavior Analysis ( RBT or equivalent)
- Ability to design and implement individual and group educational plans
- Capable of managing individual and group sessions
